Money ********ly deducted from my account

I'm so disgusted with this medical aid! In 2019 I cancelled my membership with them for various reasons... Fast-forward to 2021, I'm woken up with a routine message from my bank with all deductions done - as is normal at the end/beginning of every month. Big was my surprise that I saw Fedhealth had taken R7400 from my account, no warning, no notification, no communication!! After more than a year, all of a sudden money is taken from my account, without any warning or reason.

Apparently when I had cancelled my membership, I was still owing fedhealth the vault money, which no one had informed me of. My money was taken from me **********ly. Where was the communication, where was the notifications, where was the monthly statements or invoices??
