SO MY GRAND MOTHER WAS SUPPOSED TO GET A REFUND FROM HER MEDICAL SAVINGS ACCOUNT AFTER SHE LEFT THE SCHEME SHE IS 80 YEARS OLD AND NOW THE SCHEME WANTS DOCUMENTS THAT SHE CANNOT PRODUCE AT HERE AGE..
DOES THAT MEAN THAT WE SHOULD LEAVE THE MONEY TO BE EATEN BY FEDHEALTH.
