MONEY IN SAVINGS GONE MISSING!!
I called yesterday Ref 290115Q62FWZ and have not heard a word and I am rather perturbed that R4400 has gone missing from my Savings!!!!! Reflects that I have used R5558.90!! My calculation up until 29 Jan is R1158.19 used, where has my R4400.71 disappeared to!! I have tried numerous times this morning to call but there is a problem with your telephone lines as it is not accepting the options you choose when prompted to do so. Please will someone give me a call URGENTLY and rectify this matter I am not happy at all and want it sorted as a matter of urgency please.
