MISLED & IGNORED - We're Furious!!!

A lady called Tatium Jacobs and I have been in contact for weeks, scheduling calls, emailing back and forth, even scheduling calls after hours as I had a lot of questions about Fedhealth. She always rep****, always called & always answered questions so eagerly. I was signed up telephonically and I asked that she send me the terms and conditions that I agreed to and I've seen that one of the terms and conditions was NOT read to me as it stated in the email and they will be charging me more money EVERY month of which I did not agree to. Luckily my partner was on the call with us and assured me that I did not agree to that. It's been days and after sending Tatium Jacobs countless emails, I am simply just NOT getting a reply. My partner has tried calling but she is always on another call or the phone just gets put down in his ear. Eager to make a sale but not eager to rectify mistakes or listen when the sale has been made. We are Furious!!!!
