Misleading Medical Aid Schemes

To Whom it May Concern. One would have to be extremely angered and frustrated to have to go through this procedure of exposing Fedhealth, a supposedly professional company, with no company ethics whatsoever of how they are robbing their clients. I can only imagine what they must be putting their elderly members and ones that don't understand how they are being ******. Hiding behind their so called documents which they are quick to remind you has your signature on it. I have never had to deal with such arragont people, who could not assist me in any way whatsoever. My company had changed over to Fedhealth due to Topmed liquidating, however due to not being available, I had not realized I was now transferred onto Fedhealth automatically. After speaking to a consultant to fami****ize myself with their procedures, I was then advised, once I've utilized my savings, I am then instantly added onto a debit order to pay back the funds they've given to me. Never mind I pay an exorbitant amount out of my salary and my company contributes towards my medical aid every single month, but I must now repay these ********* my money. So I have since then not utilized my savings since 2020, yet every single month i pay religiously towards it. I was then told my savings have all been forfeited. I tried to fight this but no joy. When I requested that my previous years savings paid to me I was told it would be paid out to my new medical aid which I disputed because these funds should be paid back to me, it's my money. I've tried contacting Fedhealth, but you are told to hold on and on and on with no response and the calls are cut off. Never mind that the calls costs a person so much of money. The people that email you, never ever return the calls, if you ask for a contact number, you're told they can't give it to you. So they hide from you until you get tired and stop fighting this. To all the people out there that are being ****** and blindside by this company, don't sit back, fight it. We should not let ********* like these get away with what they are doing. I am also looking for an attorney that can fight this matter for as I am taking this further.
