Misleading information

I must say I regret signing up with this medical scheme. I am definitely looking to cancel and move to something else. 3 September 2025 I was looking for assistance because I had just found out I am pregnant 2 or 3 days prior. I then use the WhatsApp option because I am at work I cannot be on a personal call for too long. Spoke to Faith, told my story and asked what options I have. I was told I don't have maternity but I have savings and I was given the amount, no further information. 5 September 25 I queried how I access this savings. Agent gave me steps, no further information. 15 September, I then requested assistance because the steps provided to access the savings were not working. The agent assisted me thoroughly, got the savings transfered and then BOOM! I am told I should bare in mind that I would be charged for using this savings. What a shock, why was this not explained to me the first time I was told about it because from my conversation the agent told me that I have this savings not that I would have to pay it back. I certainly feel like I was misled to access it, now I am left with worrying how will I afford to pay that extra money. Definitely making sure that I will be cancelling IL rather go and pay and be sure that I will be covered for my needs and not ******.
