Misleading and Delayed Payments

<p>Last year I spocke to one of their consultant regarding my cover for 2016, I was advised that my cover would remain the same, except that I would get the benefit of their netwrok doctors. Since then I have found out the consultant I spocke to did not have a clue as to what he was talking about, my benefits were cut by more than half which has cost me in the region R80,000-00 in out of pocket expenses this year.</p> <p>I have lodged various complaints since February this year and requested several people to investigate, but conventiently for Fedhealth no one can find the recording of the idiot consultant that helped me.</p> <p>Furthermore not only do their consultant not know what they are talking about regarding scheme benefits, but they also do not know what PMB means. It took me more than 4 months to gethem to pay for my son's operation, and when they did pay, they only paid around R6000-00 of the R40,000-00 all the operations cost.</p> <p>So my advise to would be clients, be very careful in you dealings with Fedhealth.</p>
