****mers that won’t pay any claims

I paid my membership for the month of may and when I have to claim for my child to see a doctor I am told that they will not pay cause I am cancelling the membership end of the month. Like am I not covered until month end? I gave notice to cancel my membership end of May and they approved it now they coming back to say it will be cancelled end of June? I have confirmation that it was cancelled for end of May now they tried to debit for June? Don’t trust this medical scheme it’s a **** and they don’t pay claims. My newborn needed a vaccine and they refused. But I pay a lot monthly hence I cancelled. Please cancel too and get a better medical aid
