DO NOT REFER PEOPLE TO FEDHEALTH!!!!

I referred someone through Republic of Savvy using the official referral link generated from my profile. That person successfully joined the medical aid, paid their first subscription, and is currently an active member, yet I have not received my referral fee.

For the past three weeks, I’ve been sent from pillar to post with endless excuses. I was told they needed to speak directly to the referred member, which they did, and they confirmed everything: membership number, passport number, and contact details. On top of that, they themselves confirmed the referral came from my unique link. Now suddenly they are hiding behind POPIA excuses? That’s completely unacceptable.

Fedhealth has already verified all the necessary information, so this is nothing more than stalling and avoiding payment.

This has dragged on for far too long. Your handling of this has been unprofessional, frustrating, and frankly dishonest.

Let me be clear: I will never refer anyone to this medical aid again. In fact, I am cancelling my membership as well. If this is how you treat loyal members who bring you business, you can keep it.
