Membership termination

I have been with the company for just over a year. I’ve only visited the GP once. My savings on the medical aid is close to R7000.

I’ve sent out an email to Fedhealh on the 1st May 2018 requesting that my membership be terminated before my next debit order (1 June).

I received a response on the 3rd May and I’m told that canceling/terminating the membership would take a calendar month. I now fear that the scheme will debit funds from my account on my next debit date.

I’m also not being told what would happen to my savings.
