I am beginning to loathe the way Fedhealth is handling my membership and the administration. It can be said that your e-mail of 16th August 2019 is ******* in spite of someone phoning me on 7th August 2019 to tell me that Fedhealth owes me and would be paying me R3301 and that future contributions would be collected at the correct rate. Low and behold the August contribution has been collected at the rate of R3031 and not R2274! Please note the following:- [1] My pension is paid ito a Liberty Life policy as from the date the Fedsure Pension Fund was dissolved and titlt to the policy vests in myself. This was advised to Fedhealth when my option election was done on 30/11/2018. [2] My e-mail of 3rd May 2019 sets out the facts of the situation and there is no such thing as a change of options. I have your confirmation of membership certificate dated 2nd July 2019 which sets out my historical membership, leading up to Flexfed 4 Elect as from 1st January 2019. [3] Here-under is a summary all claims paid from 1st January 2019, correctly allocated between chronic and non-chronic.:-

[4] I made one application for a medivault transfer of R1200 to the wallet on 15/11/18 and R100 per month from 1st Feb to 1st May inclusivewas paid per debit order ie. R400 in total. [5] I have since June been paying for my non-chronic medication in full myself and this is a reconciliation of the amount to reimburse me urgently.

[6] I will continue to pay for my non-chronic medication in full and will only make use of the medivault if a financial need arises. [7] I expect that this unbelievable situation ( which Fedhealth appears to regard with impunity) is settled without further ado according to the aforementioned facts and that the September member's statement reflect the correct situation.

Fedhealth has been for months now messing around with my cashflow and I need this refund to be effected in haste...... Yours sincerely. Neil Gauld
