Membership continuously suspended - pregnant

I am in the third trimester of my pregnancy and Fedhealth keeps suspending my membership even though I have made every payment. I have asked accounts to contact me numerous times and no one does. I am beyond stressed that I won’t be covered when I need it the most. This has caused so much stress in a time that should be so precious. I would just like to speak to someone who can tell me what’s going on
