Membership

I was a member of Fedhealth for a few years, had to cancel my membership in January 2015 due to retrenchment. I am employed again and just want to re-join the medical aid but to no avail. Spoke to 4 different people this afternoon already - only to be transferred to the next and the next. No one has any answers on the status of my application.
