Member Certificate

I have requested a member certificate from 2006. My elderly father needs this certificate to ensure he does not pay late joiner penalty fees of an exorbitant amount. He is too old to remember where all his documentation is. I was on his medical aid, but I was in my teens and no cares about his documents.

The other medical aid he was on after Fedhealth had absolutely no problem sending the member certificate. According to Fedhealth, this certificate can’t be found.

I am in desperate need of this document.

The call centre promised to let me know, the emails state nothing can be found. What is my next move? Where do I start?

How am I supposed to go about finding this information?
