Medivault **** unfair suspensions and unothorised debit oders

Medivault ****, unothorised debit orders and unfair suspensions.

I'm so angry and disappointed, Fedhealth debited me twice for medivault and then sent me a message saying they will correct the error after that they suspended my membership claiming i had reversed my contributions. When i requested proof of payment from their side and sent my statement showing no money recieved they lifted the suspension.

Now I'm waiting for the money they debited they keep telling me they are investigating, i just want my money after that im canceling my membership with them.... They are a joke for a medical scheme, i wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

If i don't get my money by Friday I'm taking them to court this is utter nonsense.
