Medivault /not user friendly.
Medivault Account, and trying to reduce the balance as no longer needed. My father is 84 years of age and I have authorisation to act on this account. as manage the administration. Which the medical aid acknowledged and have on record. I activated the Medivault funds to pay funds which Fedhealth would not pay for. ER doctor bill as not contracted to Fedhealth. But she was the only emergency doctor on the floor at Vincent Pallotti. How to make your life stressful. Now I try to move the balance of the funds not needed via Internet, login, not able to. Phoned today and spoke to Pearl who informed me that I don't have the authority to do this. And that it cant be done on the phone. Onl by main member. Are you trying to stress us out and place financial burden on your clients. Who are already going through a stressful period. Thought this process was to make things easier. The lady consultant was not helpful. If you offer a service make it easily available for use. And make sure your staff are trained correctly to deal with upset clients. And when client who have the authority to act on the account. You supply the funds easily but don't want to take the balance of the funds not used back!!!!!! Plus I was told I would be able to authorise which accounts would be paid my from the Medivault. I only authorised one, and the other account processed was not authorised by the member or me. I see Fedhealth has made it in the 10 ten for most complaints regarding medical aids. Not surprised.
