MediVault late-deductions/unprofessionalism

i cant wait to cansel this medical aid. they are messing up and not doing their admin properly. Poor-unprofessional service received. I activated my MediVault in March and now my account is in arreas as if i pay them manually. its their fault that they didn't deduct their money on time and now i am suffering! worse part is that i was not informed that they will deduct their money now and worse is that they also deducted for the previous months without making arrangements with me as this is their fault!

this is so unfair and very louwzy for such a big brand to be doing this to people especially during this rough financial challenges! i cant wait to cancel this madness.
