Medivalt Benefit

I am very UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED with Fedhealth. I called in November 2021 to cancel my Medivalt I was informed that it was canceled and they will inform my payroll and they will not be deducting any funds going forward. Its December now they have deducted for November and December again after I had instructed the medical aid to reverse the funds from wallet back to the Medivalt. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional if you say you will do some please do as promised. Please deposit back the money taken from my account. I am so angry and planning to join Discovery Health w as this is totally unacceptable *********** and unesessary I have to waste my money every month calling asking why they have debited my account when they can just stop deducting and infrom my payroll to stop the deduction. Please be careful with Fedhealth and its savings/Volt benefit when you decide to join Fedhealth you will be very unhappy and not find joy.
