MEDICATION STILL BEING DENIED.
THE SCHEME STILL REFUSES TO FUND CRUCIAL IRON MEDICATION. THE RESPONSE TIME AND THE APPEAL REVIEW PROCESS IS SO LONG WHEN YOU CALL THE CALL CENTRE YOU NEVER GET AN ANSWER THE SCHEME IS LOSEING CRITICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE TALENTS. WHY IS PMB BEING DECLINED.
