Fedhealth is the worst medical aid to join. The administration is extremely poor. I paid off my account and I am still getting debited to this day. Every month I call regarding the same issue. Last month they refunded me the extra money, yet a debit order went off again today. I don't know if it's incompetence or disregard of customers because I experienced the same lack of customer care when I had to pay for a doctor's appointment out of pocket because they didn't do the quality assurance needed on their system. Being a fedhealth member is a full time job I wouldn't recommend. I'm happy paying the Discovery Health premium because they put their mouth where their money is.
