medical ******* not medical revolution!!!!

this new system of fedhealth is nothing but money making. they force the members into this new options and we have no say. if i calculate everything and with the same benefit as i had on the old plan i am gonna be paying 800 rand more each month.

its not a medical aid revolution!!!!! all it is is money making and and very unfair. you now have to choose the amount of savings you think you are going to use for a year, ARE YOU MAD? how can anyone predict that we are human and there are unforeseen situations that no one can plan for, is that not the idea behind medical aid?

if you do not choose one of the new plans before Jan 2019 the medical aid will do it for you if you do not know of the new changes you will not have any savings and you will have to pay cash next time you go to the doctor or when you need medicine.

this was always a good medical aid but im afraid it is no longer the case. you can expect a call from me soon to cancel my membership with you.
