Medical insurance Fed Health!!!!!

I would be Very weary with this medical scheme. I had to have a hospital procedure which they claimed was cosmetic…. So not !! It’s relatively new in RSA but has had been around for at least 10 yrs in Europe. My doctor has done 20 successful procedures this year alone. I’m the only one on Fed health. They were totally impossible and actually **** to me . They’re liked trained parrots on a call center. It was an extremely expensive experience and no cooperation whatsoever with my broker . She’s not a broker for any particular Medical Aid …. Works with them all. She herself has said that it’s impossible and exhausting dealing with them. Beware!
