medical bill never paid without me calling

I joined fed health a year ago since I've been unhappy with their services. im pregnant was referred by my GP to a Gynaecologist in March my first visit was on the 27 which the gynaecologist was paid for the follow up visit was on the 24 April which my gynaecologist was not paid for. im told I need another referral letter now this means for every visit to my gynaecologist I must start at the GP. my Gynaecologist also gave me a prescription for 6 months. I went to the pharmacy once it was paid then the second time I was told I need another prescription so medical refused to pay. blood test the first one on the 27 March 2015 the medical aid never paid coz there was one that is not covered I asked why did they not pay the ones that are covered and leave that one for me to pay from my pocket I never got a response. I had to get codes for each test call them to hear which one is covered and which one is not. I had to redo all the blood test which is inconveniencing on my side. im not 8 months 2 weeks pregnant what will happen on my delivery date if everything is so massed up.
