Having recently terminated my wifes membership with this institution I am now served with an outstanding balance. On the 1st August 2019 Topmed merged with Fedhealth. Savings with Topmed were lost and they claim over usage. Chronic medical claim was processed on 17th September 2019, my wife having been a new member of Fedhealth since 1st August 2019. Fedhealth claim the over use of savings in Topmed resulted in the outstanding balance with Fedhealth a month and a half later. There were two contributions made to Fedhealth which should have covered this balance albeit a carry over from Topmed or a balance created in Fedhealth. I have contacted whom ever I can at both Topmed and Fedhealth with no resolution.
