Medical aid that takes advantage of helpless people

This is really so pathetic, medical aid is a necessary evil and when you join a company you forced to take options given knowing none are the right fit and overly priced. You4 hospital plan covers nothing, we go to emergency and it's not even covered, you bul**** whilst in that state to make upfront payments. No help guven, app platform is not user friendly and when you call in you get told you shouldn't call cause it's an online plan. The virtual doctor service is bull****, you get some random doctor who is only concerned about whether they gonna get paid. You cannot even get a clear answer re which are network hospitals and what exactly you covered for, you expected to get correct auth codes because you with the hospitals and doctors dont know how to communicate. I want answers.

Visited this doctor, spoke about back pain mentioned it could be stress, she touched around my lower back disinterested just prescribed muscle relaxers and advised to get a pain injection. Few days later I rushed to emergency, to find I had a viral infection/UTI. UTTERLY NEGLIGENT. Went to a different doctor who actually tested me and treated me correctly stating he cannot just give meds without knowing and checking for infections etc and this was an eye opener. DR .... IF you aren't interested or compassionate about what you do why do you do it. Why play with our lives. I can't understand how the medical centre does nothing when there are only bad reviews on this lady.
