Medical aid terminated

Hello Peter My name is Nqobile Zamangema Nombuso Mngadi, Fedhealth Medical Scheme terminated my medical aid without my permission instead of suspension due to the late payments I made. On 18 November 2022 I paid R3,800.00 cash for October and November. Instead of fixing and reinstating my membership they are being rude, right now I'm dieng because of COVID-19 aslo my husband is at hospital ICU ward due to Covid. Fedhealth are saying I should wait more than expected fro feedback while I'm so weak I had to drop my kids with my mum because I'm so weak and I don't think il see the next weekend alive due to my illness right now, iv tried all I can however nothing changes instead they're so rude with no compassion for me as their client. Please help me
