Medical Aid suspension fees and unforseen charges

Fedhealth is the worst medical aid . I paid 3 contributions over a month. Ask for my one payment to be refunded they did even acknowledge my payment. Kept the payment. Asked me to make an additional payment which I since have made. Only for me to find my medical aid has been suspended. And I now need to make an additional payment of 600 to have the suspension lifted. Absolutely daylight ******* . When I log onto the medical aid app it does not show any outstanding fees. Why is my medical aid still suspended. No one has resolved this issue as of yet and I have sickly kids.
