Medical aid is suspended and I'm 7 months pregnant

I have been on the Fedhealth Bluedoor option since September 2014 and found out I'm pregnant in February 2015. This medical aid has given me nothing but grief and now I have been suspended due my account being in arrears. So here's how it went into arrears, when I initially joined the scheme they said my premium was roughly R1800 for 2 adults and 2 kids with my unemployed husband as the main memeber taking my income into consideration as the sole income my premium was decided. Then in October 2014 I was told there will be an increase for 2015 so I agreed as it was an annual increase so my premiums went up in January 2015 to R2222 and that is what I was paying until July 2015 when in the middle of the month my huuby got an sms to say he is in arrears for about R1300. So the premium increased again without any notification to us, but they say they do an annual income verification so the premium went up in June 2015 to R2860 or something roughly. Now I was almost on the verge of quitting my job as I am highly pregnant only to find out that if I leave my job that leaves my hubby and I unemployed so we won't qualify for medical aid.
