My wife had a top med. Medical aid and which was latter merged with fedhealth.

in 2019 she was covered where medical aid was deducting money from her account and then she got sick and when she went to see the doctor she was then told that she is not covered because the medical aid was cancelled from January to May hence they have been collecting the money, we have been sent from pillar to post regarding this issue and the refund of the money that was collected when there was no cover and i think that is pure ****************.
