Medical aid canceled while patient is in hospital

on the 6th of November 2023 I was admitted at hospital due to sever headaches and was a member of Fedhealth medical aid and was trying to get an authorization number.I have been in contact with the medical aid logged numerous reports and yet until today my membership was terminated as they are saying I did not disclose a back problem which I have not been treated for a full 12 months even the surgeon gave me a letter stating that my last visit was not for a back ache. I was discharged on the 10th of November 2023 and up until today the bills is pouring in and the medica aid is just saying my membership has been terminated.I would like to warn everyone not to join Fedhealth health medical aid if you are considering to become a member.

They are giving me so much **** and i cannot even recover properly due to the severe stress levels. They come up with the excuses that I am acting suspicious hence the reason I am being flagged but I have no need to see any GP now or seek any medical advice.
