Malicious intent

To whom it concerns

Over past 4 years the service received from your so called service consultants has become more and more disgusting.

I refer to my latest inter action with 2 female consultants on 04 August 2022 First call 12h07 (17min 11s) Second call 12h37 (27min 33s)

Both consultants fed me false and misleading information Apart from that both agents had me on hold for extended periods of time. Later to only realize that this is how they operate in order for the members to either drop the call or the call to be dropped. Also you will find no notes were made for these 2 calls.

Effectively they **** to me with malicious intent on behalf of Fedhealth. Also then they misled me with malicious intent on behalf of Fedhealth.

I would love for somebody in a position of authority to contact me and explain how agents such as these can still be employed.

How can a company as big as yours employ people willing to ***** from them, as well as mislead there paying members.

These 2 agents should be dismissed with immediate effect and then blacklisted from working in the industry.

My third call 13h29 (36mins 41s) was handled by a true professional (Quinton) , he did not place me on hold at any given moment. This guy needs a promotion and a raise.
