lying con artists that does not care about there clients.

this is by far the worst medical aid. They lie to their clients and always have excuses as to why they are not paying out. I went in for an operation on the 7th of August 2020. My heart specialist was covered by them but not the hospital where he works. It was n life threatening operation and there are not a lot of doctora who could actually have assisted me. So I did not choose this hospital as that is where my specialist works. Before my opp I confirmed with them that I would be able to claim back the co payment. I borrowed the funds to cover the co payment. After my opp I submitted the claim as to which I got a response that it would take 14 working days to get feedback. During that time I was hospitalised again due to complications borrowed money again for co payment(still under the impression I would be able to claim it back) only to find out afterwards that they will not be paying the funds back. Everytime I speak to a consultant I get a different answer as to why not. They were aware of the situation prior to my opp and had all the documents and confirmed that I would be able to claim back the funds. How can my specialist be covered but not the hospital where he performs operations???? There are not a lot of these doctors in our country so didnt have much of a choice. Lying bunch of con artists
