Lousy Service

How do I get the attention of Fedhealth. Since April 2021 we have been unable to open our Fedhealth monthly statements, and/or our Tax certificate sent in June 2021. I have queried this on many occasions without any solution coming forward. Can Fedhealth please advise and rectify the matter asap.
