LJP CHARGED WITH LESS THAN 90 DAYS

This is on behalf of my in-laws.

They joined Fedhealth and was on with them for over 10 years, due to circumstances they had to cancel, but app**** again within less than 90 days after cancellation. With the first cover they were never charged LJP and this was all done via online. The second time they app**** to rejoin Fedhealth they used a broker. Now there is LJP charged and the broker confirmed that they can not charge this if it was not charged with the joined the first time. We have been trying since last year to get this matter resolved. Today I spoke to the online chat and now the person says that you have to have cover for 21 years, but just because they didn't have cover with Fedheath for more that 10 years doesn't mean that they didn't have cover and they really don't have the details of the medical aid they were on over 10 years ago. The point is the last medical aid they were part off was Fedheath and was never charged LJP and this should not be charged now all of a sudden.
