Fedhealth medical scheme is the WORST.

Earlier this month i posted here due to my sons treatment plan that was continuously loaded wrong. Then apparently they "fixed" it. I was sent an email which stated that the procedures that was loaded for a specific doctor (a specialist) his name and practice number was on the email has been approved for the treatment plan. It was also telephonically confirmed that the said doctor will be covered. Today i phoned and was then told no the doctor is not registered with them and it wont be covered. LIES LIES LIES.

Secondly i followed up on the maternity BENEFIT only kicks in after all savings has been used. Money making scheme because i have to active the full amount then. Besides please refer to YOUR brochure and perhaps a dictionary for the meaning of the word BENEFIT.

YOU FEDHEALTH IS A DISAPPOINTMENT. THIS WILL NOT BE THE LAST PLACE I POST THIS AND WILL BE GOING TO SOCIAL MEDIA, THE MEDIA AND THE MEDICAL AID BOARD OF SOUTH AFRICA. ALSO I'LL TELL PEOPLE ABOUT WHAT I'M EXPERIENCING WITH FEDHEALTH. YOUR BROCHURE IS MISLEADING AND FULL OF LIES.
