LIES AND DISHONESTY, SHOCKING SERVICE

my email to fedhealth with regards to change of banking details was not attended to on time resulting in payment debit for july and my medical aid was suspended. i spent the entire week trying to get them to get them to change the banking details. i was promised that the account details were changed and a double debit will go off my account today, to my horror i have received an email a few minutes ago from fedhealth advising that my premium is in arrears with R900. and my medical aid is suspended!!!!!!!!!!....FEDHEALTH WAS I **** TO AND NOW I HAVE TO SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES OF YOUR SHOCKING SERVICE AND DISHONESTY....I NEED MY MEDICAL AID MADE AVAILABLE NOW!
