Lies about being covered for casualty treatment

So I tore ligaments in my ankle and had to go to the casualty ward at durbanville medi-clinic. I am on the Maxima standard plan which states I am fully covered for any treatment in casualty ward if I am submitted to hospital or not. This is an utter lie as I am receiving the bills now from the hospital and for the x-rays an not even a cent was paid by Fedhealth! I will also be taking this up with the ombudsman as this is misleading to consumers!
