LIERS AND ********

THEY LIE AND THEY CHEAT THEIR CLIENTS WITH THIS MEDIVAULT AND NETWORK PROVIDER. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WHAT HAPPENS ON THE FAMILY ROOM STAYS THERE BECAUSE THEIR SYSTEMS IS NOT CONNECTED TO OUR ONLINE FAMILY ROOM. i asked them so what is the use of the family room? last year i updated my Network provider for me and my Son since we moved to the new place, they didnt wanna pay the claim saying my Dr was not a nominated provider. I told them i nominated him on the family room and they went and checked with the IT and they said yha we see and we will re process the claim and all of a sudden no they cant see the Dr so they cant pay. they are running away fro paying a R377.00. This medical aid used to be good but now its being ran by ****** who sells you the world and give you lowest service
