Legitimate claim for 83 yr old's hip surgery rejected! No replies to emails.

14 months+ to pay for hip surgery ! Claim initially rejected with excuses about codes. All correct codes given. I believe Fedhealth **** to avoid and/delay payment. They have now agreed to pay but not with interest. Our account was handed to debt collectors which is so humiliating.
