LAZY, *********** *******
Where does a person begin with Fedhealth.My husband incorrectly had a LJP imposed since 2016.He has had uninterrupted medical aid for the past 33 years but these lazy ******* still imposed the ljp.It has since been removed effective 01 November 2019 as per Thabiso Pietersen in the call centre.His attitude is as rotten as the company's service.So since September, 2 emails have not been responded to.Now I want answers, I want my refund on my premiums and I am not accepting any further excuses.PAY BACK THE MONEY
