Lack of Service

I have been a Member for 6 years and was always happy with their service until now. I received an email in December to let me know that my FP is mo longer on the Network. I lodged a complaint via email and to date have not received any feedback. So PLEASE dont even attempt to call them as the have now gone automated and you will hold on till the ***s come home and you still dont get to speak to a consultant. Their service SUCKS.
