Lack of repayment for late incorrect joiner penalty fees for 7 years

I have been penalised for "Late joiner fees" fir seven years. Fedheath were supp**** the substantiating documentation, several times, and every time, (when they acknowledge receipt of the correspondence) they have a different story or excuse not to refund me the tens of thousands of Rands I have been overcharged. I have met every criteria they have asked for, but all to no avail. When I terminated my membership, Fedhealth would not accept my termination period, regardless of my correspondence explaining in detail why I could not afford a two month termination period. I am now sued for over R7,000.00, but no acknowledgement of the monies R250,000.00 I am owed. Requests by myself for substantiating documentation for their claim, have yet to be met!
