Lack of communication

I always thought Fedhealth to be one of the best medical aids out there, until I submitted my first claim. They just don't communicate or correspond on the status of my claim, I had to follow up with them and was told it would take 5-7 days for the claim to be paid. Again no email no call nothing and no pay out of the claim and we are on day 7 already. <br> <br> Really poor communication for such a company. It would be great if someone can assist and inform me on what is going on with my claim. Its sad I had to come bad mouth you on hello peter to get a reaction, IF ILL GET ONE!
