Kicking someone while they are down
I'm not having a good time with Fedhealth's debtors department. It's all been an uncomfortable situation really. My first premium went off just fine, then the premium went up (which I was not made aware of - I know these things go up,but I wasnt made aware of how much).
Then my membership gets suspended because they took more with the debit order than I had in my account, because I had only made sure that the amount I was aware of was in the account. I did, however make the payment afterwards AGAIN, but accidently into the one account instead of the two separate accounts. I phoned Belinda to rectify this, she said, sure, no problem I will allocate the funds accordingly, but, the balance of 128 rand wasnt paid. I arranged with her that that 128 can be taken with my next installment. The suspension was then lifted.
Come end of February and they tried to take DOUBLE installments from me, and again, there wasnt enough money left in the account because, who has an extra R3400 lying around?!
I've been trying to contact their debtors department. I spoke to Emilio on Wednesday, nice guy, really tried to help, but he was working with the wrong info, so, he told me to please send all the proofs to Belinda and another email address, which I did, still, no response. Everytime I try to phone the direct number for debtors there's a different issue, my membership is AGAIN suspended, and I dont know what I'm going to do if me or my children or husband urgently need a doctor
May it rest on Fedhealth's conscience then
I'd appreciate if someone senior can contact me regarding this, because it's UNACCEPTABLE
