Hi, <br> <br> I logged a complaint out of sheer frustration. Karin was assigned to the case. Working with Karin was only a pleasure. Karin was courteous, professional and committed. <br> <br> Karin would give time lines for responses which were kept. I was seriously considering moving my family and I to a different provider but Karin has through her excellence restored our faith in Fedhealth. <br> <br> With the matter being resolved and having experienced the shining example of service excellence within Fedhealth all I can now say is Thank You Karin<br> <br>
