JUST STAY AWAY. Don't care if you live or die.

Please stay away from them. They are probally the worst medical aid in South Africa. They give a option price, looks okay and you take it. Firtsly there are no day to day cash benifits loaded, they advertise that there are these benefits but you have to transfer the cash to you ''Vault''. As soon as this is done, you premium goes up as you then repay the cash you pun the vault. Very good business model they use to atract new customers until you actually see haow it works. When in Hospital they basically do not pay for anything in full, you recvieve bills after bills when discharged. Their excuse is that the charged amount is ut of schem rates. They want to pay R200 for a full blood count, bit it cost around R1800. Then the worst part, when you get ill with and require expensive medication to keep you alive, they decline it and say it's not part of your plan. But you pay them over a 100k every year, year after year and they don't care if you live or die. Looks like nothing is part of your plan, just basically giving away massive amounts of money away.
