Join Fedhealth at your own peril, when there is refund, you wont get it

Am hoping after this review, I will get response from FEDHEALTH. Having lodged a hello peter last year December, I was told I will receive my money within 3 to 5 working days. Till today I have been waiting for my payment to reflect on my bank account. I have email Mbali who asked for my details and still am yet to get response from her. I demand that I receive my money as per Mbali's advise and any interest thereof. I have been calling the call centre and no one answers. I need my money. If you don't want to pay it back advise me, so that I can approach the ombudsman to claim my money and compensation for the inconvenience that am suffering because of you guys. This is my last letter of demand before approaching an outside platform to have my money from you. I don't owe you, you owe me. Pay me back my money. What is it so difficult in paying back my money.
