Invited but then rejected, and no feedback

I was invited to the Back and Neck Rehabilitation Programme, even received an authorization number. Yet may claim keeps getting rejected saying I'm not registered for the programme. I sent a mail to Fedhealth to inquire, a month ago already, but have not received any feedback yet. Please advise.
