Incorrect information provided

I called Fedhealth in November 2015 and requested a list of hospitals and gynaecologist that I would be covered with. I used a gynie on that list and was informed I need to have an operation done and when I called Fedhealth to get autherization I have been told I need to pay for the hospital and one of the procedures that need to be done. <br> I was very upset and decided then to use a Gynie at Unitas hospital only to be told that they don't cover that hospital either which really made me upset as I asked the lady before I signed up to this medical aid was Unitas covered and she said yes, I have called Fedhealth on a daily bases requesting for someone to assist me and no one can give me answers. I feel this is not a way to treat clients. <br> I have request on the 29.02.2016 that they go back and listen to the voice recording, where she told me that Unitas is covered. <br>
