Incorrect claim not sent to me

I need to be contacted i sent a claim to medical aid so I can be paid for the doctors fees I paid for in cash, which is an amount of R1350 and I see on the app the doctor was paid but I already paid the doctor cash I need the money to be paid to me directly this is wrong.
